Hello folks! I wanted to check in here since it has been a bit more quite on the ‘blog’ front. This is because I have been traveling!… and taking lots and lots (and lots) of photos. Every time I’ve sat down to do a blog post, an opportunity has come up to go and see or do something exciting, and when traveling you just shouldn’t pass moments like that up.
This trip has led me through the UK and France…. London to Cambridge to Lavenham to Paris to Orthez area to York and Yorkshire and back to London, where I am now, on my last full day on this leg of my journey. Tomorrow I fly back to the States and to Philadelphia for two weeks and then back to California. But I am still around, shooting and open to new jobs and collaborations along the way in these places!
The sky out my window is a rich, bright blue, making the terracotta colors of the English chimney tops pop with a Mediterranean glow… I must get out there! BUT… something for you to enjoy. Yesterday I worked yet again with one of my favorite people to collaborate with, the gentle author of SpitafieldsLife. We went to a Fish Harvest Festival in the City of London and… well, you should check it out for yourself at the site! Make sure to read the article about it, and if you haven’t heard of SpitafieldsLife before, make sure you do a little read up in the about section and get entranced with what the gentle author is doing.
The portrait above is from the shoot yesterday… Frank David, Billingsgate Porter for sixty years… now go look at the rest of them and read the article! Cheers.
