This past Friday felt like a well deserved break from work into fun. Not that the week wasn’t good before that, just busy. But on Wednesday I went to my friend Banjo’s film night because he had been telling me about a French film concerning environmental degradation entitled “HOME” “Sweet!” I thought… I’d been meaning to see this film for months. …Turns out there is more than one film about environmental degradation by a French director called ‘Home.’ Who knew right? The former HOME you canwatch for free on YouTube (if your Internet at home is fast enough, unlike mine, and hence my initial excitement to see it on the big screen.) It was shot by Yann-Arthus Bertrand, whose work and environmental activism I am a big fan of. The latter Home luckily turned out to be good as well.
