I discovered the work of photographer Eleanor Hardwick, a talented and hardworking photographer whose aesthetic I enjoy and at times feel hits close to home in what I sometimes go for when photographing for set portraiture…. and she is only 15!
I was particularly impressed by the simplicity of thought she has concerning her photography…the image itself that her words conjured up for me was even beautiful. In an interview when asked why she is so drawn to photographing people, she said, “I suppose a famous landmark, such as the Eiffel Tower, can only be photographed in so many ways, but a single person is constantly changing both physically and mentally.”
What does that make you see?
